Russia may subsidize hydrogen technologies for exports
MOSCOW, May 2 (PRIME) -- The Energy Ministry has suggested partial subsidization amounting to 2.84 billion rubles in 2023–2024 of hydrogen technologies development for large export projects, as seen by PRIME in a draft government ruling published on Tuesday.
The ruling creates rules for subsidization of some costs on technologies for production, transportation, and storage of hydrogen for large export-oriented projects.
Necessary budget financing will amount to 1.23 billion rubles in 2023 and to 1.61 billion rubles in 2024.
The money will be distributed by the ministry.
